What is the mobile city-service?
The city-service is a great opportunity for citizens to inform themselves about current events and issues in their district. Furthermore, people have the opportunity to utter suggestions or complaints in direct conversation with members of the service-team. The mobile office of the city council visits all districts of Vienna in irregular intervals. On so called “service-days” you can come to the information stand to get free help and information.
What services does the mobile city-service offer?
The city-service offers information regarding important issues of everyday life in Vienna. These could be questions regarding infrastructure, garbage disposal, security, communal life and many more. In addition, one can utter suggestions or complaints of all kinds, like damaged streets, disputes with neighbors or cases of discrimination. Furthermore, the information-desk offers an overview of sights and events all around Vienna. The members of the service team are happy to listen to your needs. Also, there are a lot of informative brochures at free disposal.

When and where can I reach the mobile office?
On service-days (dates and places are enlisted on the homepage of the city of Vienna) the mobile office of the city-service visits the districts of Vienna. This weekend (7.-9.9.2018) they stop at Am Hof (first district) during the Feuerwehrfest. Don’t hesitate to come and inform yourself!
