The school year is long, and every child looks forward regain energy during the holidays. They like to play with friends, enjoy the sun, eat ice cream – and perhaps go to a summer camp. For many families nine weeks of summer holidays are a challenge when it comes to childcare. Why not send the children to a summer camp? They have fun and are in good hands.
Summer City Camps in Vienna
From 1st of July to 30th of August 2019 summer camps for children will be offered at 25 locations throughout Vienna. Children can register for a full day camp on a weekly basis (from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and spend the whole day with their peers. The charges are affordable: The charge for one child is only 50€ per week – including lunch. The costs for the second and third siblings are only 25€. From the fourth child onwards participation is even free of charge.
Entertaining and diverse programs
Summer City Camps offer a balanced program of sporting and artistic activities, excursions or learning aids. Different themes guarantee that there is something for everyone: e.g. climbing, swimming, volleyball or skateboarding courses. Young scientists can partake in the Science Club or visit the planetarium. Other programs offer insight into various professions, giving the children some perspectives for their future. There are also cooking, theatre, dance and music courses. Children with learning disabilities can take part in the Summer School and improve their grades.
